My father bought a small medical practice in Virginia and, through dedication and care, he grew it into one of the nation’s leading concierge medicine companies. Now, as he prepares to transition, I’ve witnessed firsthand how emotional that step can be. This experience has taught me to treat every conversation as a life decision, not just a business decision.
